Sujantra McKeever – Sujantra has taught over 20,000 people how to use meditation and mindfulness to reduce stress, find personal fulfillment and enjoy life more fully. He has lectured in over 30 countries, has written 5 books on meditation and success motivation and runs Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga, one of San Diego’s premier yoga studios. He is passionate about helping people like you to calm your mind, face life’s obstacles, and move forward to thrive.
Sujantra has spent the last 30 years teaching and guiding over 20,000 people in meditation to feel in control of their lives. He has studied with spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy, lectured on meditation and yoga in over 30 countries, and written five books on philosophy, success and meditation. He is most passionate about helping people like you to get calm, face life’s obstacles, and move forward to thrive.

Her meditations are focused on mindset and behavioral shifts, giving you the tools you need to handle life’s myriad situations with grace. She also runs Yoga In Your Living Room, a donation-based online yoga platform that teaches you how to move well and feel better in your body.
