One-on-One Meditation FAQs

How much do one-on-one meditation sessions cost?

Single 50 minute session = $75

5 sessions = $60/session

10 sessions = $50/session

How many sessions should I sign up for?

You can choose a single 50-minute session to get started, and add from there as your journey continues.

Are sessions online or in person?

One-on-one meditation sessions are usually conducted online via Zoom, but if convenient can be done in person in San Diego.

How are sessions conducted?

Each session is custom tailored to your goals and challenges. Typically, sessions begin with 15-20 minutes of focused conversation, followed by a guided meditation consisting of breathing techniques, visualizations, journaling, and/or mantras.


I have practiced meditation on a daily basis for over 40 years.

It began when I was in high school. I took a contemplative prayer and meditation class at the Jesuit school I attended, and discovered meditation was a way for me to find peace of mind, reduce stress and think more creatively.

Since then, I have meditated everyday. My daily practice is between 30 and 90 minutes depending on my activities and responsibilities.

I use meditation to find personal peace, to navigate challenging situations and to make important decisions. It’s a creative process that brings joy to my life. It makes me more aware of myself and my environment, and it impacts all facets of my life.

In your one-on-one session we will focus on why you want to meditate, refining (or starting!) your daily practice, and choosing specific meditations to meet your needs. I recommend a single session to get started, and additional sessions to refine. The most important thing is to get started on solid footing with clarity on what meditation is and how it can help you.


I believe that life without aches and pains is possible. For the past 12 years, I have focused on helping people resolve physical, psychological, and emotional pain. (You can learn more about resolving physical pain through yoga on my website.)

In your one-on-one meditation session with me, we will design a roadmap based on the primary pain you’re experiencing in life.

Together we will determine the best meditation practices and lifestyle design to assist you with resolving your aches and pains for good, and realizing your potential in life.


I’ve been teaching meditation for over 10 years on my Youtube channel, with private clients, and in group settings.
Meditation helped me befriend my own mind and get comfortable with being in my body. It even helped me recover from an eating disorder and heal my body image issues. Meditation is a tool that I use every day to help me get centered, release stress, shift my perspective, and come back to the peace within me.
In your private session with me, I’ll help you befriend your mind, whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator. I’ll give you practical meditation tools that you can use in your daily life to help you cope with stress and anxiety, visualize positive outcomes, discover inspiration and peace, and become the master of your own mind.
